I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
We accept cancellations of products that have not yet shipped.

Delivered packages

Please make sure you have entered the proper mailing address. All Things Intuitive is not responsible for missing packages that have been delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance, and we will not replace it at our expense.

I don't accept exchanges

USPS delays are common during COVID-19. Please allow up to 10 business days for first-class and up to 5 for Priority Mail. Unopened shrink-wrapped items are eligible for return and a full refund. The buyer must return the package to the seller before the return will be issued. Opened packages are not eligible for return. We do not do exchanges.
